The Akwa Ibom state University has announced dates for the screening of candidates for 2015-2016 supplementary Admissions Exercise.
A release by the registrar, S. J. Udoekong notifies candidates who scored 180 and above in the last UTME examination and the general public that the Post-UTME screening exercises for the 2015-2016 supplementary admissions into first degree programmes into the University will hold on 16th and 17th October, 2015.
Screening into the faculties of Arts, Engineering, Education, Agriculture, Natural and Applied Science, Social and Management Sciences will commence at 9.00am as details of the examination date and venue will be communicated to successfully registered candidates through SMS and the university website after the closing date for registration.
According to the release, candidates will be required to register for the exercise with a screening fee of 5,000 Naira only through online payment, as registration will close on the midnight of Friday 9th October, 2015.
The release also asks candidates to appear for the screening exercise with the 2015-2016 UTME result slip showing the candidates photograph in colour, writing materials including HB pencil, sharpener, eraser, ruler and ball point pen, and advised candidates not to come to the venue with mobile phones, calculators or any extraneous materials as defaulters will be penalized.
