Manchester City youngster Kelechi Iheanacho has been included in the Nigeria roster for the 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifier against Swaziland.
The Nigeria Football Federation had initially announced a list of 23 players yesterday without the former under-17 and under-20 playmaker, but the federation revealed later that Nigeria head coach, Sunday Oliseh, has invited the teenage player.
The Nigerian forward has made seven appearances for Manchester City this season and has scored twice and returned with two assists.
Others invited include; Goalkeepers: Carl Ikeme, Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Dele Alampasu.
Defenders are Abdullahi Shehu; Kalu Orji; Elderson Echiejile; Chima Akas; Leon Balogun; Godfrey Oboabona; Efe Ambrose and Austin Obaroakpo.
Ogenyi Onazi, Paul Onobi, John Mikel Obi, Rabiu Ibrahim, Wilfred Ndidi and Sylvester Igbonu are the midfielders.
While the forwards are Ahmed Musa, Moses Simon, Odion Ighalo, Ezekiel Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Obafemi Martins and Kelechi Iheanacho.
