Angola has sworn in 220 newly elected members who won the August 23 general elections unto the parliament.
The constitutive session of the National Assembly was presided over by Speaker, Fernando Santos, who was also re-elected as the Speaker.
Reports say the Legislature of the National Assembly for 2017/2022 counts on 150 parliamentarians of the ruling People’s Movement for the Liberation of Angola.
