Lady Gaga tenders public apology for her 2013 collaboration with R. Kelly

American pop star, Lady Gaga, has tendered a heartfelt public apology for her 2013 collaboration with embattled RnB singer, R. Kelly, who is currently plagued with series of sexual allegations.

According to the 32-year-old’s statement posted on Twitter, after the recent Lifetime documentary series which chronicled allegations of abuse, predatory behaviour and paedophilia against singer R.Kelly, Gaga said she will be removing her 2013 collaboration “Do What U Want” with Kelly from iTunes and other streaming services.

She also committed to always stand by anyone who has ever been the victim of sexual assault.
