Ten corps members have had their service year extended as a total of two thousand seven hundred and thirty four 2017 Batch B Stream One corps members deployed to Akwa Ibom State successfully completed their service year and passed out.
The Akwa Ibom State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Amusan Julius, who disclosed the figure to PLANET NEWS during the passing out ceremony for the corps members, said the ten affected corps members were found guilty of various offences and have been accordingly assigned penalties based on the degree of their misconducts.
He, however, attested to the good behavior and orderly conduct of the batch B corps members, while wishing them success in their further endeavours.
